Notifications is where we post anything you should know about: new features landing in your portal, planned maintenance, and billing notices. It’s one-way — think noticeboard, not inbox.
How it works
- When there’s something new, a badge appears next to Notifications in the sidebar.
- Open the page and everything gets marked as read automatically.
- Newest sits at the top; anything you haven’t seen is highlighted.
That’s genuinely all there is to it.
Need to talk to us instead? Notifications don’t take replies — for anything you want to ask or change, use Requests and we’ll pick it up properly.
