Billing is the money page for your Toolbelt plan (not to be confused with invoicing your own customers). Owners only.
What’s on it
- Your plan and price — what you pay monthly and your billing day. Your price is locked when you join: ours can go up for new customers, yours doesn’t.
- Price history — every price you’ve ever been on, with dates. No mystery increases, ever.
- Card on file — the card we collect from, with a Manage card button that takes you to a secure Stripe page to update it. We never see or store the numbers ourselves.
- Invoices — every invoice from us, with paid/due status and downloadable copies for your accountant.
Common jobs
- New card? Tap Manage card and swap it — takes a minute, next payment uses it automatically.
- Change billing email? Update the billing contact on this page.
- Question about a charge? Send us a request or email support@toolbelt.uk — a human reads it.
Tip: download invoices as they arrive and your year-end becomes a folder, not a scavenger hunt.
